Griffith Spring Fest – Garden Festival

Community Event Exhibition and Shows Festivals and Celebrations

13 Oct 2017 to 16 Oct 2017

Visit Griffith during the annual Spring Fest and you’ll enjoy visiting beautiful private gardens and attending workshops with gardening guru Phil Dudman (Horticultural Editor, Gardening Australia) and cooking demonstrations with Julie Ray – the dynamic duo from Garden2kitchen.

Eight private gardens open to the public. On the edge of Griffith, these large rambling country gardens feature productive vegetable plots and orchards, ornate structures, secret pathways and white trunked forests. The gardens reflect the passion of the owners and offer a tranquil and colourful environment to relax and explore. With catering offered at most of the gardens, you can easily stay put for a while and enjoy the cafe garden space.

The daily Garden Tour Bus is a popular way to explore the open gardens, and a lovely day out. With lunch and a visit to four gardens included, be sure to book a seat as places are limited and book quickly. The friendly local driver is a real bonus who provides knowledge and stats of the local area.
