Escape to the beautiful red centre with its vast desert skies, abundant bird life, unique flora and vibrant art scene… the boutique style range of self-contained accommodation are simply perfect!
We accept booking for 7 night to monthly stays. A minimum of 3 to 4 weeks stay is highly recommended to visit the spectacular gorges, desert parks and regional attractions.
Corporate clients and guests here for work, we accept bookings 12 months in advance. Due to the high demands on our apartments, it is recommended to book in advance, although you can also contact us direct to enquire about availability. Many guests stay 2-6 months, perfect for those on short term work.
Vatu Sanctuary creates an effortless stay by taking care of the beautiful gardens and pool, whilst offering you privacy and security with your own off-street parking.
The fully furnished apartments, with their own well equipped kitchen, BBQ and laundry, make settling in easy. NBN internet and Foxtel satellite TV is also included. A weekly linen clean is included in your stay.
Each residence has a thorough deep clean between guests. Your stay includes a COVID-19 pack – hand sanitiser, anti-bacterial wipes and spray, disposable gloves, face masks.

With a large selection of artworks, this apartment is like ‘living in a gallery’.
The Pond has a large open-plan living and well-equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar. The kitchen has a stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, water filter, tea (loose-leaf, tea bags, herbal) and plunger coffee. Comfy sofas, television, DVD, CD and beautiful original artwork are all features of the apartment. There is also a formal dining area seating 8-10 people. There is a bathroom, separate toilet and laundry facilities with washing machine.
