The Silky Oak Cottage can accommodate two people and offers a gorgeous spiral staircase to a loft bedroom with a private balcony. The cottage has a wood fire and electric blankets to keep you warm during cold Winters.

The cottage has modern, stylish furnishings throughout and the large bathroom features a bathtub and large window that looks out over the paddocks. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stovetop, oven, microwave, bar refrigerator, toaster, kettle and pod coffee machine. A tea tray is also provided, along with books to read and movies to watch. High-quality linen and towels are supplied, and the bed will be made for your stay! An iron and ironing board are available for use, and if you need your clothing laundered your host, Debbie will arrange this for you at an additional cost. There is an outdoor fire pit for all guests to enjoy.

The Mulberry Cottage boasts an beautifully styled, open plan living area and large, private front verandah to sit and watch the world go by. The cottage can accommodate up to four people and you will be kept warm on cold Winter days with a wood fire and electric blankets.

Each guest receives a complimentary tea tray, and is provided with books to read and movies to watch. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, refrigerator and pod coffee machine. The bathroom boasts beautiful vintage accents and high quality linen and towels are provided (and your beds are made, ready for your stay). The cottage is set amongst lovely gardens and there is an outdoor fire pit for all guests to enjoy.

Laundry facilities (excluding dryer) are available for your use including an iron and ironing board. Off-Street parking is available, and Briar Rose Cottages are also pet friendly!- Just enquire- they would love to talk to you about how they can best accommodate your furry friends.

Cedar Cottage is a three bedroom cottage and sleeps six guests. It has a full kitchen and has been tastefully styled throughout. With both air conditioning for summer and a wood fire for winter you will be enjoy your stay in this gorgeous cottage in both summer and winter. The bedding configuration is two queen beds and two single beds.
Cedar Cottage has two brand new bathrooms and two toilets. The front porch is perfect for your morning cuppa and the back deck is the perfect place for a BBQ and to watch the sunset with a glass of wine! There is also an outdoor fire pit for all guests to enjoy.
