The city is also rich in history, which can be best experienced at Mayes Cottage in Kingston, Logan Village and the Beenleigh Historical Village and Museum.
The eastern suburbs are popular shopping destination, with mega homemaker centres easily accessible from the Pacific Motorway (M1).
Logan City is only 35 minutes from Brisbane City and the Gold Coast. It is most easily accessed by car, but is also well serviced by trains and buses.
