They provide everything you need including soft foam malibu surfboards to make it easy to get started, rash vest, a wetsuit if needed and your two hour introduction to the awesome world of surfing. From $69 to $79
Your surf lesson includes a rash shirt or wetsuit, soft malibu surfboard and two hours instruction from qualified surf life savers who know the beach and water safety better then anyone else.
They meet at the trailer in the car park at Beach Access No 11 at the river mouth end of Hastings Street, at least 10 minutes before the lesson. They arrange the right size rashie or wetsuit and surfboard and then walk to the beach ready for some instruction. They run the lessons in waist deep water and catch small broken white water waves to make it easy for beginners. Most people get to stand up in their first lesson and have a fantastic time.
