The Lion Cottage

Step out The Lion Cottage, a quaint and cosy cottage, and you are within 50 metres of a choice of cafés, restaurants, parklands and an art gallery.

Inside it is easy to imagine you are one of the original Lion Mill 1860s workers as you enjoy the internal period furnishings of this one bedroom heritage listed cottage.

With an open and airy setting, golden polished floors and leadlight features you will find it hard not to unwind. Modern amenities provide all the comforts of today with DVD, LCD television and stereo, washing machine, reverse-cycle air-conditioning and heating. The kitchen is fully self contained and equipped with oven, refrigerator, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

Upon arrival you can relax and put your feet up with complimentary port and chocolates. Breakfast cereals provided.

You can then start the day in the shady, private grapevine enclosed courtyard with a cup of fresh coffee and ample breakfast provisions (optional).

The Lion Cottage can accommodate two adults in a generous queen size bed. A minimum five night stay is required. Pet friendly on request. Long term guests are valued with discounted rates. Strictly no smoking.
