Appila Springs

Natural Attractions Parks and Gardens

A time-honoured traveller’s stop eight kilometres north-east of Appila, Appila Springs camping area is in the rolling farm country of the mid-north. It is a beautiful, peaceful part of nature that you won’t want to miss.

Though on one of the regions back roads, the site is central to several historic and appealing towns, including Laura, Wirrabara and Jamestown. The camping is in a quiet nook accessible off Appila-Tarcowie Rd and has public toilets and a picnic area.

Bring your own firewood, water and stove. Unfortunately no camping is permitted during the November-April fire-ban season.
