At the edge of Tasmania’s Mt. William National Park, the magnificent wilderness coastline known as the Bay of Fires invites you to experience its dramatic landscape, ecology and wildlife.Led by qualified and friendly guides, small groups can explore both the fascinating beach environment and the rich diversity of the nearby woodlands.
The first night’s accommodation is spent at the environmentally friendly Forester Beach Camp. The second and third night’s accommodation are at the multi-award winning Bay of Fires Lodge where guests are welcomed with an open living area complete with fireplace and private twin-share bedrooms; the perfect place to unwind at the end of each day. For those looking for that little bit extra why not indulge in a treatment at our exclusive day spa.
Relax in some truly spectacular eco-luxury and bring with you your sense of adventure.
Included in the trip are return transfers between Launceston and the walk base, all meals and non-alcoholic beverages, plus a limited selection of Tasmanian wines, a half-day kayak down the Ansons River, and national park pass.

Tours depart daily from 1 October to 1 May.
Includes:
– Return transfers between Launceston and the walk base
– 1 night at Forester Beach Camp and 2 nights at Bay of Fires Lodge twin share
– All meals and non-alcoholic beverages, plus a selection of Tasmanian wines
– National Park pass
– Use of a backpack and Gore-tex jacket for the duration of the walk
– One or two qualified guides for the duration of the walk, depending on group size
– Optional kayaking day on the Ansons River
