Charnigup Farm Bed and Breakfast is an intimate bed and breakfast/self catering accommodation in a unique owner-built house on a 100 acre cattle property 20 minutes north east of Albany.
The accommodation overlooks spectacular scenery across rolling countryside to the Porongurup and Stirling Ranges. Your bed and breakfast menu comprises home-grown produce, home made bread and conserves. You can choose the bed and breakfast or self-catering option.
Charnigup Farm bed and breakfast is a great place to relax, and is ideally located as a base for you to explore the wide range of coastal and mountain attractions around Albany. Local birds and the famous wildflowers of the Albany region abound in the garden. The proprietors are enthusiastic about wildflowers and members of the Albany branch of Birds Australia.

The guest accommodation at Charnigup Farm, sleeping a maximum of four adults, is in a separate wing. It is fully equipped for your comfort. The earth-brick homestead, including your bed and breakfast accommodation, was built by the owners (even the bricks!) from environmentally friendly materials – cosy in winter and cool in summer. Solar power is used on the farm and in the home, including photo voltaic panels on the roof. A heat pump provides hot water, and home grown produce is free from chemicals.
