Aboriginal Dreamings Gallery

Galleries, Museums and Collections

Aboriginal Dreamings Gallery in the heart of Gold Creek Village is a must-see destination for Aboriginal art collectors. Aboriginal Dreamings Gallery has been bringing Aboriginal art to Canberra for over 30 years.

Aboriginal Dreamings Gallery has an extensive collection of Aboriginal art from remote Aboriginal art regions. A feature of the Gallery’s collection is the paintings by famous Old Masters comprising collectable artworks by Rover Thomas, Emily Kame Kngwarreye, Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, Turkey Tolson Tjupurrula, Jack Britten, Ada Bird Petyarre and Eunice Napangardi.

After 30 years of continual operation 7 days per week, the Gallery hours recently changed to facilitate the opening of our second gallery- Artworld ADG located
in the Canberra CBD (near New Acton) on the corner of London Circuit and Gordon Street, Canberra City.

Clients are encouraged to visit both galleries for quality, authentic Aboriginal art, corporate gifts, jewellery and Australian made gifts. There is always a large range of paintings to choose from and collectors are advised to make an appointment to view specific artworks from the collection.
