VISITOR UPDATE: CORONAVIRUS
Questacon is reopening with a new experience for small numbers of visitors at a time
Questacon are looking forward to welcoming small numbers of visitors back to Questacon from 8 July 2020.
Questacon are taking a conservative approach to reopening our doors, and will be strictly limiting numbers of visitors in our first few weeks, progressively returning to larger numbers through 2020.
As a science centre with interactive exhibits, science shows and other activities, Questacon need to do things differently while the pandemic continues. For the immediate future, the only way to experience Questacon will be through a pre-booked immersive guided tour. Each guided tour will have a maximum of 15 people (adults and children). This change will ensure we can offer an enjoyable experience in line with physical distancing and public health guidelines.
All tickets must be pre-booked online and bookings will open in early July. Updates will be posted on Questacon’s website and social media pages. In the meantime, check out the FAQs by visiting Questacon’s website for further information.
While a visit to Questacon will be different for some time, our aim, as always, is to unlock your curiosity and inspire your imagination with the world of science and technology.
Stay safe, stay curious, and wash your hands!
