Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks

8 Feb 2020

This new big-screen feature documentary about popular Australian entertainment across 150 years looks at the entrepreneurs and the grand buildings they created, including two that stood side by side for decades and shared the same name.

Narrated by award-winning director Bruce Beresford (Driving Miss Daisy, Ladies in Black), you will discover a previously unknown history and witness amazing entertainment footage not seen before.

Roller rink. Vaudeville theatre. Movie palace. Playhouse. It all happened… at the COLISEUM deLUXE.

Presented by Anthony Buckley AO and Les Tod, in association with the NFSA.

Join us after the screening for a Q&A with Anthony Buckley.
