Discover a major talent and hear from Canberra-born filmmaker Sam Voutas about what it is like to be a filmmaker working primarily in Asia in this short retrospective curated by the NFSA’s Nathan Smith.

Films include King of Peking (Fri 8 March) and a double feature of Red Light Revolution and Shanghai Bride (Sat 9 March); both sessions include a Q&A with Voutas.
