CBS February Blues Jam hosted by the Chris Harland Blues Band

The Chris Harland Band hosts Canberra Blues Society’s February Blues Jam.

UK guitarist Chris Harland exploded on to the Australia blues scene in 2007. Picking up the Canberra Blues Society’s award for best instrumentalist in 2008 paved the way for numerous festival appearances and attention.

The Chris Harland Blues Band brings the tradition of British-made Electric Blues, the authentic riff-driven Chicago sound, a high-voltage heritage of Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page and Peter Green to the stage.

Accompanying Chris is Paul Leeder on bass, Mitch Preston on drums and Peter Kirkup on keys.

The host band will be followed by some of the finest musicians in the Canberra region jamming together for a great afternoon of live blues music.
