Learn about how they communicate, eat, fly and make families, and all explored through movement and music. Liz Lea is an award winning Canberra based choreographer fascinated by birds and all things feathery. Join them for lots of fun and facts!

Cockatoo Calling was researched at CSIRO Discovery and includes the decline in numbers from the 1800’s – now, connection with indigenous stories, science facts and conservation – all delivered in easy English with movement and music to engage children and young people.

The Australian Government supports this Inspiring Australia initiative as part of National Science Week.
