Free Taster Workshop – Bus Stop Films

Classes, Lessons, Workshops and Talks

18 Oct 2019

Bus Stop Films has partnered with Screen Canberra to deliver their Accessible Film Studies Program for people living with disability.

The classes teach older teens and adults with an intellectual disability, film studies subjects as well as English, social and work ready skills, and are a fantastic option for senior high school students or recent school leavers.

Mentored by passionate filmmakers and industry professionals, students create amazing films of the highest artistic quality, which have won multiple awards and screened in festivals all over the world.

The program can be funded through your NDIS funding, you will need to ensure funding is available under Capacity Building. Commencing in 2020, the weekly 3-hour classes will run for 40 weeks across four terms, February to December.

To get you in the mood the team are hosting a series of Free Taster Workshops at Screen Canberra in Watson ACT.

Workshop 2 Friday 18 October 10am to 12 Noon
Workshop 3 Saturday 30 November 10am to 12 Noon
