Lights on the Lake

For the first time, Lights on the Lake will transform Lake Burley Griffin into a vibrant canvas. Witness a stunning display of light and colour projected onto two enormous water screens, accompanied by a visual feast of laser lights and a stirring soundtrack. This 12-minute show will occur nightly at regular intervals so that everyone has the chance to see it.

Lights on the Lake will be accompanied by night markets featuring the best food, drinks and crafts Canberra has to offer.

This free community event is great for families and friends, so gather your favourite people, pack your picnic blanket and head down to Commonwealth Place on Lake Burley Griffin to celebrate in the most beautiful part of the city.
