Public Art Treasure Hunt #7 – Braddon

Community Event

27 Feb 2021 Once Only Event

Have you noticed that cool twisted tree in Braddon? That tree – along with many other pieces of under looked beauty – is about to be transformed into a piece of valuable art. All thanks to the power of white gallery labels. And your help

Arrive at the Art Hunt Headquarters in Haig Park (near Lonsdale St) anytime between 11am and 3pm.

You’ll get a map detailing hidden pieces of overlooked beauty (like a weird bin, or maybe some moss that looks like a goat) and a set of gallery labels to stick to them.

Find the art, attach the label, take a photo, and win a prize.

Free to enter. All ages and abilities welcome.

Come back for the second event in March to explore Braddon’s hidden night-time treasures.

“I loved seeing the beauty in the little things we never notice. The labels draw other people’s attention to the beauty too!”
– Happy customer from previous hunt
