Always wanted to take your barbecue game to the next level but don’t know where to start? Our Barbecue Seafood class will have you discovering how to cook restaurant-quality seafood all off your own barbecue in this delicious, hands-on workshop!
If you love seafood and want to learn how to get the most out of it, this class is for you. The class will start with your barbecue master giving you a rundown of how the class will run whilst you enjoy some complimentary starters before you start to practice marinating techniques, rubs and salts and what’s required for you to get the most out of your seafood. You’ll gain confidence and cooking flair as you whip up several courses covering several different types of seafood. These tasty dishes will be matched by a range of delicious Audrey Wilkinson and Cockfighter’s Ghost wines.
At the end of the class, you’ll not only sit down and enjoy the seafood extravaganza you’ve created but leave with all the knowledge and recipes you’ve learnt over the course of the workshop.
