Empirical research consistently indicates that contact with the natural world is associated with broad psychological and physiological benefit. In consideration of the restorative ability of nature, Price experiments with high key coloured grounds, layered glazing and textured gestural marks, reflecting upon the solace she has found in her favourite natural spaces in and around Canberra.

M16 Artspace operates on the lands of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people. We honour and pay our respects to its traditional custodians. We acknowledge this land ‘always was and always will be’ the country of Australia’s First Nations People. Sovereignty was never ceded.
