Ever wonder what it tastes like when the three executive chefs with Hatted-restaurant experience and vivid culinary imaginations join forces? Come find out.
Inspired by Good Food Month, we’ve invited our QT Executive Chefs from around the country to join forces to create a four-course feasting menu and collision of flavours that is built to share. Exclusively designed and served by our chefs, the menu will feature dishes from QT Sydney’s Michael Box, QT Perth’s Nic Wood, and QT Canberra’s Josh Smith-Thirkell.
Michael Box (QT Sydney) will be designing the starters, Nic Wood (QT Perth) the entrees, and Josh Smith-Thirkell (QT Canberra) the mains and desserts.
This exclusive dining experience will be matched with Canberra District wines.
