Bring your group through to Glasshouse and sit down to your tables, then tuck into a sensational seasonal shared feast served on long banquet tables, that puts the incredible fruit and vegetable produce they grow here at the Estate firmly in the spotlight.
Commencing with a selection of crudites pulled that morning from the ground mere metres from your table, indulge in a technicoloured feast of heirloom varietals, ancient grains and herb-laden dishes bursting with flavour and texture. From chickpea panisse with green goddess dressing to roasted and spiced carrots with cashew butter and a Fattoush packed with the punch of perfect sun-ripened Pialligo tomatoes, this is eating at its brightest, freshest and most entertaining.
Choose to accompany your meal with their vegan wine package. Together with a farm tour by buggy to see 100 plus crop varieties they grow in their Estate’s fertile soil in situ, this is a thrilling reminder of how good food can be at its natural, seasonal best.
