Windsor Blue captures a moment in time, a narrative series of Self portraits give a glimpse into moments of resilience and endurance felt during Covid isolation and lockdown.

Documenting the restriction of movement during this time, the background of McLean’s dining room remains throughout the series. Her self portraits depict hopeful glances whilst cooking for friends and family. This act came to be an antidote to the stress and anxiety of the period finding it manifested kindness and resulted in the blessings of others.
