Alcove’s impressive pairing experience is a six-course degustation event were each bespoke morsel is matched with an inventive cocktail. Ricky Liau and Kenny Tse are internationally seasoned professionals who have refined the menu so every flavour presented on the plate is enhanced by the botanicals of each cocktail.
