Diners will be able to experience elevated dishes featuring the finest ingredients such as succulent Australian 9+ marbled Wagyu Scotch fillet, Truffle Mayo Tasmanian Salmon Nori Crisps, Miso Grilled Eggplant amongst other delectable options. The beverage offering has also been enriched with wines from the local favourite Nick O’Leary or have some fun with the traditional Umeshu Japanese Plum Wine flight, directly imported from Japan.
