Temporada is a laid back bar and eatery open from noon until late. Ben Willis, Chef and Owner of Canberra’s acclaimed Aubergine has taken a casual turn for his second venue with partner ex-Sous Chef Chris Darragh. Based around a wood fired grill, the menu is fresh and focused and reinforces the restaurant’s name through the use of seasonal ingredients.
Temporada means ‘the season’ in Spanish and most of the dishes are designed to share. The wines list covers local exclusives and international delights with a strong presence of French and Spanish wines.
