This modern house has a spacious king wing with en suite, other wing has three queen bedrooms with main bathroom and separate toilet, central area has combined kitchen, dining and lounge room with fireplace (wood provided) and gas heating, and a separate air-conditioned sunroom with second television.

The house is furnished with quirky antiques. A separate studio has queen bed, bathroom and antique pool table. All linen and towels (spa and bath) provided. Pantry stocked with tea, coffee (instant and ground), sugar, vinegar, oils and long-life milk (COVID-19 precaution, other pantry basics no longer provided). Dogs are welcome but check with the owner first.

Only seven kilometres from Princes Highway, and 12 minutes to the historic village of Milton – with antique, boutique clothing and food shopping, bakeries, chocolate shop, cafes, award-winning restaurants and wine bars. Also close to wineries and amazing beaches including popular Mollymook beach. The main town of Ulladulla has all major stores.
