The Heritage Holiday Houses feature two fully self-contained, four-bedroom houses. Perched on the upper plateau in a leafy part of the island, they have beautifully restored rooms and are surrounded by heritage gardens and views of the harbour. The houses are ideal for groups of up to ten people.
The Harbour View Apartments include two semi-detached, self-contained houses upstairs (23A and 23B), and one fully self-contained one bedroom apartment downstairs (23C).

Formerly the Cockatoo Island Fire Station, this building is now a comfortable studio apartment with a large westward-facing deck that overlooks Sydney Harbour and the nearby suburbs of Woolwich, Hunters Hill and Gladesville. Formerly the residences of the Launch Driver and Coxswain of Cockatoo Island, the Harbour View Apartments are now three beautifully restored apartments accommodating up to four guests. Upstairs, the two bedroom apartments have a queen bed and a split king bed. Each feature their own east-facing entertaining balcony with sweeping views of Sydney Harbour.
They can also be opened up to create a single apartment capable of sleeping up to eight people. During mid-week, they are also available to rent as a one bedroom. The Garden Apartment is a semi-detached, self-contained two bedroom apartment that can sleep up to four people. It is perfect for families or people who want some extra room to relax and enjoy Cockatoo Island. The apartment has a large north-facing entertaining balcony and a spacious enclosed garden area with views across Sydney Harbour to Woolwich and Hunters Hill.
