Ellstanmor is a lovely old three-storey country home with a rich tapestry of history. The owners offer charming ensuited bed and breakfast accommodation.

The house features large dining and living rooms and guests have space to spread out and unwind in casual well-furnished surroundings. If you wish you can retreat to the library and take in a movie or sit quietly and read a book. Maybe you would prefer to just sit and relax on the veranda.
There is a fantastic coffee machine so your hosts can make you coffee or tea at breakfast. A great way to start the day.

Located in the centre of Cooma adjacent to the heated swimming pool.(Open October to end of March). You can take walks, eat in cafes or just kickback.
A one-hour and 15 minutes drive to the mountains, one hour to Canberra or one-hour and 15 minutes to the south coast.
