This contemporary bed and breakfast on the quiet edge of town offers two bedrooms, each furnished with high-quality beds and mattresses adjoining an en suite bathroom. The property is set on 3.5 acres with expansive vistas of mountain ranges which include the famous Bucketts Mountains and Mograni Ranges on either side of the Avon River valley where the house is situated.

It is suitable for up to four guests with a Queen-size bed in one room, and two King-size singles in the second bedroom. There is an integrated living/dining room with television, CD Player, microwave, sandwich toaster, and cutlery. Pets are also welcome.

The guest bathroom is ‘three-way’, with a large walk-in shower and spacious bathtub. All main rooms have ceiling fans. The living room has electric heating. There is an exclusive outdoor area with table and chairs.
