The Land’s Edge Harbour Lodge is an accommodation facility located on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour at Chowder Bay, adjacent to Clifton Gardens and Sydney Harbour National Park.
Offering spectacular views, the venue accommodates groups of up to 75 people in bunk rooms (linen hire available). A light-filled dining/common room in a bushland setting seats 80 (self-catering or fully catered) and can be used for multiple purposes.
Available for hire by groups, including families with children, Land’s Edge is the perfect place for exploring all that Sydney has to offer. It is a fantastic location for sporting clubs or groups that may need to travel to Sydney on business.
In addition, Land’s Edge offers water-based activities operated through Land’s Edge Saltwater School only 250 metres walk from the Harbour Lodge. Enjoy a range of guided activities and gear hire for snorkelling, rafting, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Visit Clifton Gardens which includes a netted swimming area, venture along coastal walking trails or bushwalking trails to nearby Headland Park.

Land’s Edge Sydney Harbour offers affordable accommodation on the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, with views right across the water to the Eastern suburbs from all bedrooms.
Previously used as Defence Force barracks, the facility features bunk bedroom style accommodation, fully catered or self-catered facilities, dining room/common room opening up onto bushland, audio visual data projector with drop-down large screen/DVD player/laptop/ iPod connections for presentations, wireless internet and wheelchair access. A lodge manager is on duty 24 hours.
Facilities at Chowder Bay and adjacent Clifton Gardens include cafes, restaurants, walks, beaches, and picnic area.
The perfect venue for school, sporting, family, social, or retreat groups.
