A short stroll from Australia’s most spectacular caves, the Mountain Lodge is a 30-guestroom building, located next to Jenolan Caves House. It was built in 1986, in a style reminiscent of a European mountain ski chalet. Each room offers a very small kitchenette (sink, microwave and bar fridge), although it is a minute’s walk to Chisolm’s Restaurant and the Caves Cafe. The Mountain Lodge guestrooms are motel-style, with televisions, phones and adjoining rooms, making it practical for families.
