Offering filtered water views from the front deck, with the added bonus of visiting birds waiting for a treat. Long Beach is just 300 metres via a shortcut. The large yard is ideal if you have a boat, plus a single lock up garage—an outside paving area with barbecue. Accommodating up to seven, with an extra shower and toilet, this is perfect for a large family getaway or two families wanting to share the costs.
Batemans Bay has much to offer holidaymakers: shops, restaurants, clubs and galleries. Go for a ferry ride upriver, a fishing trip, or whale watching.

Fully self-contained house with leafy outlook and good appointments throughout. Three bedroom; with queen bed in main, double bed in second room and double bunks and single bed in third room, sleeping a total of seven people. Living, dining, kitchen, main bedroom, bathroom and toilet are located upstairs. There are two bedrooms extra shower, toilet and laundry downstairs. Bring your own linen and towels.
