Spring Cottage

Spring Cottage is very conveniently located right in the center of Nowra, it is a short walk to the Nowra CBD and has all the convenience of Nowra but is centrally located for all the activities on the South Coast.

You will be only a 15-minute drive from the coastal towns of Culburra, Callala, and Greenwell point, or alternatively, if you’re after some retail therapy then visit Berry only 10 minutes away or Kangaroo Valley for wildlife and bush walks is a pretty 15-minute drive. Around 30 min and you’re in Huskisson and Vincentia.

Spring cottage spaciously accommodates 6 people across 3 bedrooms. Head up the front stairs greeted by abundant flowers (especially in Spring) and you arrive in the front sitting and TV room away from the main living dining and kitchen areas.

Further down the hallway you pass the queen bedroom on the right and arrive at the vast open-plan kitchen dining and living room. Cook up a storm in the full-size kitchen complete with everything you could possibly need including an Espresso Pod Machine.

There’s a veranda that flows off the rear of the house into the back garden where you can quietly entertain in the private garden with a BBQ.

A fully fitted laundry is included in the house for your convenience complete with a separate washer and dryer.
