For those wanting to be guided on their first back country experience, Alpine Access offer introductory days. Their focus is on making it as enjoyable and informative as possible, and the day will be tailored to your ability, fitness and what you want to get out of it. You will learn about touring equipment and technique, route selection, safe travel in the back country, and snow craft skills. They will assist you with organisation of equipment for the tour.
If you are an advanced skier or boarder of moderate fitness, are familiar with ski touring equipment and techniques and would like to learn how to access the good lines, you have come to the right place!
