Dive the ex HMAS Adelaide

Historical Sites and Heritage Locations

Dive onto a former warship purposely scuttled, to create an artificial reef for all sorts of marine life and for divers the world over, to enjoy.

A short five-minute boat ride from Terrigal Haven, in thirty-five metres of water on a sandy bottom, lies a fascinating ship wreck filled with a wonderful assemblage of local marine life. The warship dive was designed with the diver in mind. there are large entry holes cut into its 138-metre hull, with easy diver access every eight metres, along with and around the hull.

There are so many tours in this scuttled warship, you will want to return, time and time again.
Terrigal is a 90-minute drive north of Sydney, midway to Newcastle with great, free parking at the boat ramp.
