High in the ‘tops’ region of Barrington Tops National Park, Mount Barrington picnic area offers spellbinding views over the vast mountain ranges and the western fall of Barrington World Heritage wilderness park. If you’re into birdwatching, be sure to look for flame robins and Richards pipets flitting among the branches of the snow gums. The nearby trails are also popular for mountain biking.
