Relax over tasting plates of popular dishes all sourced locally as we explore the region beyond the beaches. Operating daily each day the tour changes to take in opening hours of farms, markets and restaurants.

Join as they forage through the best local produce suppliers of the region, collecting and gathering the freshest, locally sourced produce. Meet the makers and get a chance to talk to local chefs and owners and learn what makes the produce in the Northern Rivers so good! After a morning of tasting and gathering, they head into the Byron Hinterland to one of the partners farms, where you get to relax with a local beverage as they put together a platter picnic together for you. Savour the tastes of Byron with a hand-chosen selection of produce with your personal touches added to the platter. Depending on the day, finish the afternoon with a visit to one of our local distilleries or breweries.
