The Tweed is fast becoming one of the best known regions for its amazing fresh produce, and artesian food locations of Australia. Spend the morning collecting and gathering the freshest, locally sourced produce. Get a chance to talk to local chefs and farm owners to learn what makes the produce in the Tweed so good! After a morning of tasting and gathering, we head into the Tweed Valley to one of our secret locations, where you get to relax with a local drink whilst we put together a platter style picnic just for you. Savour the tastes of the Tweed with a hand chosen selection of produce with your personal touches added to the platter. Depending on the day, finish the afternoon with a visit to one of our local distilleries or breweries.
