Village Green picnic area

Natural Attractions

Backyard not big enough? Why not use ours. At Village Green picnic area in Blue Gum Hills Regional Park, there’s plenty of parking, picnic shelters, barbecues and open space in a picturesque setting so everyone can enjoy their day. It’s perfect for big groups and the playground is only a short walk away.

If you feel like an easy walk, try the Heritage walking track that takes you on a short journey through woodland to explore the park’s mining history. There is plenty of room for the kids to run around on the grass.

**To keep visitors safe ALL camping in NSW national parks now requires a booking. For day visitors, please plan ahead and visit outside of peak periods (11am and 2pm). Check park alerts and visit COVID-19 updates for more information before visiting any park – www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au **
