Natural Attractions

After exploring the fascinating Yanga Woolshed, stop for a bite at the nearby Yanga Woolshed picnic area. Located in Yanga National Park, part of Murrumbidgee Valley National Park, the picnic area is positioned in a scenic spot beside the Murrumbidgee River.

The picnic area provides great facilities including a large covered area with several picnic tables and gas barbecues. Choose a serene spot alongside the picturesque river and try your luck fishing, or simply sit amongst the river red gums, relax and enjoy your meal.

Stop overnight at the nearby Mamanga campground and in the morning explore the wonderful Yanga Homestead, built around 1870.
