A Place At The Table

Community Event

24 Nov 2019

Are you a foodie looking to expand your tastes? Here’s a chance for you to try some delectable treats from across the globe and who knows, you might discover a new favourite dish!

CPAC Youth is hosting ‘A Place at the Table’ which is a five-course banquet for people, all from different places, to celebrate diversity and immerse themselves in the various scrumptious foods and entertainment south-west Sydney has to offer. Combining food and live performances from five different cultures, this multi-sensory experience will have your mouth watering and your eyes peeled.

CPAC Youth will be teaming up with Shopfront Theatre and IEC students who will also be showcasing their films as part of the WaveChanger initiative that invites young migrants fresh to Sydney opportunities to be creative and make art.

They encourage people from all walks of life to come along to swap plates and share their stories. Right here, you’ll have a place at the table!
