Price includes a gin cocktail on arrival. Features local native herbs that have been foraged or sourced from local community gardens. Lemon myrtle Parrot gin cocktail with a crocodile ceviche and fennel & orange salad; chili & pepperberry fried emu; saltbush barramundi poached in local wine in paperbark; finger lime granita; and Antica’s now famous Blue Cheese Gelato with local figs, yellowbox honey and hazelnuts.
