Experience the Living Art of Storytelling
Join Yaegl Elder Uncle Ron Heron for a twilight Dreamtime storytelling session and tasty treats in the garden at Irons and Craig Café, Yamba.
They invite you, your friends, and family to join them and experience the oldest living art form, as Uncle Ron shares significant Dreamtime stories of the Clarence Valley and beyond.
As a respected elder in the community Uncle Ron will share his accumulated knowledge and wisdom, passed on by the ancestors over thousands of years. Expect to be taken on an exciting journey of exploration and discovery of history and tradition as the Dreamtime story unfolds.
Pack the picnic rug and settle in for what is set to be a truly authentic and immersive experience like no other.
Ticket includes entry, gourmet rice paper rolls and nibbles.
They respectfully acknowledge the Bundjalung, Gumbaingirr and Yaegl peoples as the traditional owners and custodians of the lands and waters that lie within the Clarence Valley.
