Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic

This one day event, beginning in Grafton passing through Glen Innes and finishing in Inverell, is a 228 kilometre ride over some of the most demanding terrain in worldwide cycling, starting at 25 metres above sea level and climbing to 1060 metres, then finishing in Inverell at 590 metres.

The race is six to seven hours long, depending on weather conditions. The Grafton to Inverell Cycle Classic is one of the main events throughout the year in world cycling.

Each year at the finish line in Vivian Street, Inverell where various street activities are held. Why not bring the family along and enjoy the carnival atmosphere.
