Grow Great Organic Garlic is a half day class offered in Bundanoon, Southern Highlands NSW. Garlic is a cool/cold climate crop and does very well in the Southern Highlands, South Western Sydney, Goulburn, Tumut and Cooma. It’s fun to grow and even better when you get to eat top quality crisp, juicy, chemical free garlic that you have grown yourself. Make this class a fun part of your Highlands weekend away!

Start with the “garlic basics” so that you understand plant anatomy, growing needs and the varieties. You then learn to systematically grow a crop so you can have your own garlic for 5 months of the year and don’t have to buy the often imported, low quality and often “old” garlic sold in the big supermarkets and shops.

Endless tea, coffee and cake included…we will even do garlic bread!
