Indigo Dyeing Shibori Workshop

Pepa and Karen offer workshops to inspire people to make their own shibori.

It is fun to learn, something you can use at home to revamp your soft furnishings and clothing, or an activity to entertain the kids!

Shibori workshops are a great social event where you will enjoy the process of the handmade, expand your textile knowledge and have fun contributing to carrying on the craft into the future.

Remember to wear comfortable, non-precious clothes and an apron and covered shoes. Please note that indigo spills are known to colour skin and clothes. They provide gloves but if you have allergies or concerns please bring your own.

Everything is provided but feel free to bring anything that you want to dye (preferably cotton, linen or hemp), old plastic bags to take home wet items, something to snack on, and your imagination!
