Tynwald Day is the Isle of Man’s national day. Tynwald is the name of the Manx Parliament – said to be the longest continuously running parliament. On this day, the Tynwald meets on Tynwald Hill at St John’s, Isle of Man to approve legislation. The Australian Standing Stones Management Board will conduct a flag lowering to honour this day.
