A self-taught fermentation consultant and chef driven by the meticulous craft of food preservation. In late 2019, she began Wild Provisions as a dinner pop-up series that eventually evolved into menus designed around “condiment cooking”. Wild Provisions explores ancient techniques of preservation including fermentation, solar drying, salting and sugaring in the context of modern kitchens.
