Mums and Bubs Yoga incorporates yoga poses, baby- friendly relaxations and mini meditation to help you heal from pregnancy and birth, regain your strength, restore your energy and calm your mind.
The postnatal yoga sequences are based on my yoga practice throughout my own postnatal journey plus 18 years of teaching Mums and Bubs yoga.
Classes include baby- friendly mini relaxations and meditations to help you feel more calm and relaxed and to combat sleep deprivation and anxiety.
Classes are interactive and inclusive of your baby. Classes may also include dry massage and movement for baby accompanied by songs and rhymes.
Classes are for all levels of yoga experience including beginners and postnatal women with abdominal separation.
Classes are taught by Melissa Field- a mother, pre and postnatal yoga specialist with 18 years experience, Baby Massage Instructor and Pre and Postnatal Doula.
